Re-Customization service - Change the look of your character (face, skin, sex, etc) this includes (optional) Name Change service. Name Change service - Just a name change for the desired character. Other posters are correct though, it does come with full customization.Here's a clear breakdown of what each service includes. You can select a new character race only from those in the same faction that have the character's class available. It is in faction only, and only to a race that has your same class.
So do not do this service if that is what you are wanting. The class change does NOT, i repeat does NOT include faction change.
